PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of packaging a hydrogen-containing cosmetic preparation, while suppressing loss of hydrogen, and to provide a hydrogen-containing cosmetic preparation packed by the method.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a packaging method of a hydrogen-containing cosmetic preparation which has a hydrogen water supply step of supplying hydrogen water to a packaging container, and a cosmetic preparation supply step of supplying the cosmetic preparation to the packaging container.
