PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for packing a cosmetic sheet which is impregnated with hydrogen water and in which hydrogen loss is prevented at a low cost and the cosmetic sheet impregnated with hydrogen water and packed by the method.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for packing a cosmetic sheet 7 impregnated with hydrogen water 5 into a blister pack 1 that comprises a container body 2 to which a storing part 3 is formed and a lid body 6 for sealing the storing part 3. The method comprises a sheet-storing step of storing a cosmetic sheet 4 in the storing part 3, a hydrogen water adding step of adding the hydrogen water 5 to the storing part 3 after the sheet-storing step, and a sealing step of sealing the storing part 3 by the lid body 6.
