PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a composition which can increase and maintain a dissolved hydrogen concentration in the composition, to provide a production method of a hydrogen-containing sheet which is impregnated with the composition, and to provide the hydrogen-containing sheet produced by the production method.SOLUTION: A production method of the invention is a production method of a composition containing a component and hydrogen, comprising a first filling step of filling a container with the component, a second filling step of filling the container with gaseous hydrogen, and a seal step of sealing the container immediately after the second filling step.
