PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a bottled beverage having freshness maintained effectively.SOLUTION: A production method of a bottled beverage includes a filling step for filling a container with a non-carbonic acid type beverage prepared under a low temperature condition of 10°C or lower a high-pressure treatment step for subjecting the container filled with the non-carbonic acid type beverage to a high-pressure treatment and a preservation step for preserving the container subjected to the high-pressure treatment.
