BY MIXING A LIQUID COFFEE EXTRACT AND A DRY COFFEE EXTRACT, THE LIQUID COFFEE EXTRACT BEING OBTAINED BY EXTRACTION WITH WARM WATER WITH 30-65°C AND THE DRY COFFEE EXTRACT BEING SUCH THAT WHEN IT IS DILUTED WITH WATER, IT HAS AN ABSORBANCE OF 0.8 OR LESS AT A WAVELENGTH OF 680 NM PER WT% OF SOLUBLE SOLIDS, AND PACKAGING THE MIXTURE IN A CONTAINER, A PACKAGED COFFEE BEVERAGE IS PRODUCED THAT ENABLES CONSUMERS TO TASTE THE INHERENT FLAVOR OF COFFEE WHILE IT REMAINS STABLE DURING STORAGE. THE PACKAGED COFFEE BEVERAGE IS APPLICABLE WITH ADVANTAGE TO UNSWEETENED COFFEE BEVERAGE (BLACK COFFEE), AS WELL AS TO HOT BEVERAGES. FIG 1.
