PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that fish entrance openings which fish can enter are limited in a conventional wireless fish detecting and capturing system in which fish entering the fish entrance openings of a set net is captured using a radio signal when fish detecting information is transmitted from floating body buoys to a base by radio, in fishing methods without constituting a fleet in a set net fishing and the like.SOLUTION: A floating body structure includes: a blanket net laid on a lake bottom or on a sea bottom, or at a fixed depth in the lake or in the sea from the floating body structure on the lake or the sea, the blanket net capable of receiving fish from all directions other than a lower direction and a cast net having an opening having an area less than that of the blanket net, and having a side face entirely surrounded. The cast net is thrown from the floating body structure into the lake or the sea toward the blanket net laid at the fixed depth in the lake or in the sea so as to reach the lake bottom or the sea bottom, or the fixed depth or more in the lake or the sea to form a preserve state by the blanket net and the cast net.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】定置網漁業等で船団を構成しない漁法で、浮体ブイから基地へ魚群探知情報を無線で交信し定置網の魚入口に入った魚を無線信号で捕獲する無線式魚群探知捕獲システム(特公H04-73678)が提案されているが、魚が入ることができる魚入口が限られるという欠点がある。【解決手段】湖上又は海上或いは洋上の浮体構造物から湖底又は海底或いは湖中又は海中の一定の深さに敷設された下方向以外の全方向から魚群或るいは魚が入ることが可能な敷網と、前記浮体構造物は下端部に前記敷網より小さな面積の開口を有すると共に少なくとも側面が全包囲された投網を湖上又は海上或いは洋上に保持すると共に一定の魚群或いは一定の魚を探知或いは監視すると海底或いは海中の一定の深さに敷設された前記敷網に向けて前記投網を湖底又は海底或いは湖中又は海中の一定の深さ以上まで前記浮体構造物から湖中又は海中に投棄して下方向以外の全方向から魚群或るいは魚が入りうる前記敷網及び少なくとも側面が全包囲された前記投網により生簀状態にする浮体漁法及び浮体建造物或いは湖上又は海上或いは洋上の浮体構造物と、前記浮体構造物から湖底又は海底或いは湖中又は海中の一定の深さに敷設された敷網と、前記浮体構造物から投棄されると共に下端部に前記敷網より小さな面積の開口を有し少なくとも側面が全包囲された投網とを具備する浮体生簀及び浮体建造物に関する。【選択図】なし
