PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing structure including a natural energy power generating installation, which can be installed not only from a lake and a coast but also from the offing to a remote island such as the Okinotorishima, furthermore to the ocean, without constituting a fleet.SOLUTION: A fishing structure includes: a laying net that can be installed not only from a lake and the coast but also from the offing to a remote island such as the Okinotorishima furthermore to the ocean, without constituting a fleet, for example, the net that is laid from a floating body and enables a fish school or fish to come in from all directions except the lower direction a casting net having an opening of an area smaller than the laying net in the lower end and with at least a side surface totally surrounded and a natural energy power generating installation of a floating body. In the fishing structure, the retention of the casting net is released, and the casting net is dumped from the floating body in the lake or the sea manually or automatically.
