PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile floating body structure which has a natural energy power generation appliance capable of moving not only on lakes or off the coast but also from offshore toward an isolated island such as Okinotori island, and even on oceans, and has a fishing net for fishing which does not interfere with the fishing industry, in which fishing nets in lakes or in the ocean are moved by the principle of the pendulum by only movement of the mobile floating body structure, and to provide a mobile floating fishery fish preserve for transporting captured fishes to a destination.SOLUTION: A lift net into which a group of fishes or a fish enter from all directions other than a lower direction, is held at a predetermined position before fishing, and a cast net having a smaller opening than that of the lift net on its lower end, and having at least its side surface fully enclosed, and capable of being cast, is held at a predetermined position.
