PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body fishing method, a floating body preserve and a floating body structure, capable of being performed not only on a lake, a coast, but also from offshore places to isolated islands such as Okinotorishima, further to an ocean, without constituting a fleet.SOLUTION: There are provided the floating body fishing method having a spreading net which is spread from a floating body structure capable of being set from an offshore place to an isolated island such as Okinotorishima and further to an ocean and which fish groups or fishes can enter from all directions excluding a lower direction, and a throwing net which is held on the floating body structure in a state capable of being thrown, has an opening having an a smaller area than the spreading net at a lower end portion and whose at least sides are wholly surrounded, without constituting a fleet and the floating body structure or the floating body preserve.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は船団を構成することなく、湖上、沿岸だけでなく沖合から沖の鳥島等の離島まで更には洋上まで実施可能な浮体漁法、浮体生簀、及び浮体構造物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は船団を構成することなく、沖合から鳥島等の離島まで更には洋上までに設置できる浮体構造物から敷設された下方向以外の全方向から魚群或るいは魚が入ることが可能な敷網と、前記浮体構造物に投棄可能に保持された下端部に前記敷網より小さな面積の開口を有すると共に少なくとも側面が全包囲された投網とを具備する浮体漁法及び浮体建造物或いは浮体生簀に関する。
