PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving taste of potato extract-containing food by which potato extract-containing food improved in taste is obtained.
SOLUTION: The method for improving taste of potato extract-containing food enables production of the potato extract-containing food improved in taste, based on the following fact found by inventors: addition of at least one selected from a highly-sweet sweetener, aroma, pulverized plant or plant extract, spices, acidifier, seasoning and sugar to potato extract results in suppressing unfavorable taste peculiar to the potato extract so as to be greatly improved in the desirability of the taste of the food containing the potato extract.
