PURPOSE: A cultivation method of pleurotus eryngii containing germanium without using a fertilizer or an agricultural chemical, is provided to offer the pleurotus eryngii for immunologic function reinforcement food. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of pleurotus eryngii containing germanium comprises the following steps: crushing germanium ore concentrate or sericite ore containing the germanium, and heating the obtained powder at 600~700deg C； adding cold water to the fired powder for rapidly precipitating； inserting 1% fired germanium ore precipitate and 10% of fired sericite ore precipitate to a medium for cultivating the pleurotus eryngii； and cultivating the pleurotus eryngii using the medium. 본 발명은 새송이버섯이 무기 게르마늄을 용이하게 흡수할 수 있도록 재배하는 게르마늄 새송이버섯 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 기술적 구성은, 100메쉬 이하로 분쇄된 게르마늄 정광 또는 게르마늄을 함유하는 세리사이트광을 600~700℃로 가열하여 소성하는 단계； 전기 단계에서 소성된 게르마늄 정광 또는 게르마늄을 함유하는 세리사이트광 분말 소성물을 중량대비 5배 내외의 냉수에 투입하여 급냉시킴으로써 게르마늄 정광 또는 게르마늄이 함유된 세리사이트광에서 게르마늄이 물에 용해되어 침전물이 되게 하는 단계； 통상의 새송이버섯 재배용 배지에 전기 단계의 게르마늄 정광의 침전물은 배지의 중량대비 1% 내외, 게르마늄이 함유된 세리사이트광 침전물은 배지의 중량대비 10% 내외로 각각 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 것이다.
