An X-ray inspection apparatus is disclosed. The X-ray inspection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an X-ray irradiator a subject table on which a subject is placed an X-ray detector disposed under the subject table and a grid member disposed between the subject table and the X-ray detector and including a plurality of X-ray transmitting holes arrayed with line symmetry around a symmetric axis in parallel to the width direction of the grid member. When the X-ray inspection apparatus is in an initial setting mode, the X-ray irradiator is disposed in an initial irradiation position to be aligned with the symmetric axis of the grid member. The subject table is disposed in the initial table position to array a preset reference point in the symmetric axis of the grid member. When the X-ray irradiator has an oblique irradiation posture, the subject table is horizontally moved along a longitudinal direction and is disposed on an adjustment table including a positional difference with respect to the initial table position.
