It also relates to a process for coating keratinous fibers, in particular eyelash makeup, comprising a step of applying to said keratin fibers a composition according to the invention. La présente invention concerne une composition, notamment cosmétique, en particulier de revêtement des fibres kératiniques telles que les cils, comprenant : - une phase aqueuse ； - une phase lamellaire Lβ formée par un système tensioactif structurant la phase aqueuse, ledit système tensioactif comprenant une teneur en tensioactif(s) supérieure ou égale à 15 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition ； - au moins une cire, la (les) cire(s) étant présente(s) dans une teneur totale supérieure ou égale à 5 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, et - de la chlorphénésine, de préférence dans une teneur supérieure ou égale à 0,05 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition. Elle concerne également un procédé de revêtement des fibres kératiniques, en particulier de maquillage des cils, comprenant une étape d'application sur lesdites fibres kératiniques d'une composition selon l'invention.
