A subject of the present invention is a composition comprising: a) at least one oil, the total oil content in the composition being greater than or equal to 15% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition； b) at least one surfactant, the total surfactant content in the composition being greater than or equal to 30% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, c) at least one chemical oxidizing agent, d) at least water.
