PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chicken wing meat containing gristle, which is easy to eat, having a taste inherent to chicken wing meat, with a high degree of satisfaction in the appearance and the texture and with a touch of unexpectedness and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The chicken wing meat containing gristle having a chicken wing tip part 12 of a chicken wing meat 1 includes an edible gristle 4 of chicken in a hollow part 20 formed by removal of a midrib 2 in a chicken wing middle part 11.
