PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-conductive deflection magnet for beam transport by a simple coil.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electric magnet made of first to fourth flat coils 1a, 2a, 3a, and 4a of a discrete and flat winding.
