PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide strains having specific antimicrobial activity against fungi and food poisoning bacteria, bacillomycin D analogues and antimicrobial compositions using the same.SOLUTION: The invention provides newly isolated Bacillus velezensis CJBV (Accession Number: KCCM11528 P), bacillomycin D analogues isolated therefrom, and antimicrobial compositions using the same. Bacillus velezensis CJBV has specific antimicrobial effect against one or more species of fungi and food poisoning bacteria, so that usable as antimicrobial agents for crop plants, foodstuff including fermented food having antimicrobial activity, and feeding stuff, functional food for health, and quasi-drugs and drugs for preventing, improving or treating microbial infectious diseases.【課題】真菌類及び食中毒誘発細菌に特異的抗菌活性を有する菌株、バシロマイシンＤ類似体、及びそれを用いた抗菌組成物の提供。【解決手段】受託番号ＫＣＣＭ１１５２８Ｐの新たに分離したバチルス・ベレゼンシスＣＪＢＶ菌株、それから分離したバシロマイシンＤ類似体、及びそれを用いた抗菌組成物。該バチルス・ベレゼンシスＣＪＢＶは、１種以上の異なる種類の真菌類及び食中毒細菌に対して特異的抗菌効果があるので、植物作物用抗菌剤、抗菌活性を有する発酵食品を含む食品、及び微生物感染疾患の予防、改善、治療のための飼料、健康機能食品、医薬部外品、医薬品として用いることができる。【選択図】図４
