PURPOSE: A sterilization-processing method for eggs and a system thereof are provided to remove eggshells or foreign materials from liquid eggs and to sterilize pathogens without damaging nutrient components.CONSTITUTION: : A sterilization-processing method for eggs comprises the following steps: adding eggs to a washing tub which contains washing water and washing the same(S10) breaking the washed eggs by using an egg-breaking machine(S20) removing eggshells and foreign materials from broken eggs(S30) isolating the eggs after removing eggshells and foreign materials into one of liquid eggs among whole egg liquid, albumen fluid, or yolk fluid(S40) filtering the isolated liquid eggs in a first filter and transferring the same to a storage tank(S50) storing the filtered liquid eggs in a mixture tank and stirring the same(S60) filtering the stirred liquid eggs in a second filter(S70) and transferring the filtered liquid eggs to a sterilizer and sterilizing the same(S80).
