To this end, the filter assembly is inserted in a coupling hub for coupling a syringe needle with a syringe to filter foreign materials included in a medicinal fluid, and comprises: a hub support pipe closely placed and supported on a lower side of the coupling hub, and having one or more medicinal fluid moving holes along a circumferential direction to move a medicinal fluid a filter disposed in an upper side of the hub support pipe, and collecting foreign materials of the medicinal fluid fed in the syringe and a valve member disposed between the hub support pipe and the filter, and controlling a moving path to move the medicinal fluid fed in the syringe in one direction.
