The present invention relates to a safety syringe equipped with a filter member which filters ampoule pieces fed in the syringe through a syringe needle in order not to be fed in the human body when a syringe liquid of an ampoule is filled in the syringe. In the present invention, a gasket (300) is coupled with the front end of the filter member (200), wherein the gasket is forwardly pushed and moved by means of the discharge pressure of the syringe liquid discharged through the filter member and is restricted to not be forwardly moved when being closely adhered on the internal circumferential surface of a syringe needle fixing pipe (100). The gasket is equipped with a syringe liquid discharging unit which has a path for discharging the syringe liquid fed in the filter member towards the syringe needle fixing pipe when the gasket is restricted to not be forwardly moved. A hanging projection (214) is formed on the outside of the filter member, and a hanging groove (130) corresponding to the hanging projection is formed on the internal circumferential surface of the syringe needle fixing pipe, so that the filter member is restricted to not be forwardly and backwardly moved in the syringe needle fixing pipe.본 발명은 앰플의 주사액을 주사기에 충진할 경우에 주사바늘을 통해 주사기 내부로 유입된 앰플 조각들이 주사과정에서 필터링되어 인체로 유입되지 않도록 하는 필터부재를 구비한 안전주사기에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 필터부재(200)의 전단에 필터부재를 통해 배출되는 주사액 배출압력에 의해 전방으로 밀려 이동하다가 상기 주사바늘 고정관(100)의 내주면에 밀착되면서 전방으로의 이동이 제한되는 가스켓(300)이 결합되고, 상기 가스켓에는 가스켓의 전방으로의 이동이 제한될 때 필터부재 내부로 유입된 주사액을 주사바늘 고정관으로 배출시키는 유로를 형성하는 주사액배출부가 구비되며, 상기 필터부재의 외측에는 걸림돌기(214)가 형성되고 상기 주사바늘 고정관의 내주면에는 상기 걸림돌기에 대응되는 걸림홈(130)이 형성되어 상기 필터부재가 주사바늘 고정관 내부에서 전후방으로 이동하는 것을 제한하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터부재를 구비한 안전주사기를 제공한다.
