PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress color unevenness in a disposable wearing article having a colored part.SOLUTION: A disposable wearing article includes an elastic film stretchable structure 20X in which an elastic film 30 is laminated between a first sheet layer 20A and a second sheet layer 20B that faces the first sheet layer and is exposed on a product outer surface, and the first sheet layer 20A and the second sheet layer 20B are joined at a plurality of sheet joining parts 40 arranged at intervals directly or through the elastic film 30. In the elastic film stretchable structure, the first sheet layer 20A is a non-woven fabric and is entirely colored in a color other than white, and the entire of the elastic film 30 is colored in a color having a color difference ΔE of 3.2 or less relative to a colored part of the first sheet layer 20A.
