PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dry powder foodstuffs, capable of preventing discoloration of fruits or vegetables and breakage of active ingredients, and dry powder foodstuffs obtained by the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing dry powder foodstuffs includes a first heating step (step S104) of irradiating far-infrared radiation to a solid matter made by squeezing fruits or vegetables followed by separating squeezed liquid, and heat-drying the product at 80°C or more, and 95°C or less, and a second heating step (step S105) of irradiating after the first heating step, far-infrared radiation to the solid matter made by squeezing fruits or vegetables followed by separating squeezed liquid, and heat-drying the product at 50°C or more and 70°C or less.
