PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper jaw forward traction device capable of effectively pulling the upper jaw forward without applying force to the forehead and the lower jaw to energize them backward, in consequence, without impeding the forward growth of the forehead and the lower jaw.SOLUTION: The upper jaw forward traction device 1 mounted to the head H to pull the upper jaw JU forward includes a mounting implement 10 mounted to the head H a traction implement 20 supported in a longitudinally movable manner by the mounting implement 10 such that the front end side is located in front of the mouth M and that the rear end side is located behind the back part HB of the head a fixture 30 fixed to the upper jaw JU in the oral cavity and a pulling member 40 stretched between the fixture 30 and the front end side of the traction implement 20.
