The holding device has the fixing groove adapted to the medical facility part, configured to receive the specified part of the tool, and the elastic stretch bar, configured to be mounted on the body in such a way that, in order to hold the tool, it tightens the fixing groove together with the tool part, located in the fixing groove. In this case the mounting groove is performed in the fixing element, made of the elastic material, that is located in the mounting hole, performed in the body.
