PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement probe fixture facilitating mounting and fixing onto a head part of a holder on which an optical measurement probe is mounted and facilitating position adjustment.SOLUTION: An optical measurement probe fixture 1 according to the present invention includes: a holder 20 on which an optical measurement probe is mounted an at least semi-circular frame 10 placed on an outer periphery of a head part of a subject and a belt-like or string-like holder band 25 bridged over an inside space of the frame 10 and fixed thereto.
