PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the position of an electrode fixed to a head from being changed, by suppressing the upward deviation of the electrode fixing member, even if a period of fixing the electrode to a head becomes long.SOLUTION: An electrode fixing member 14 for fixing an electrode to the head of a subject has a band-shaped peripheral band 15 mounted around the head and capable of covering the electrode therewith； and a left band 16 and a right band 17 connected to the peripheral band 15 and mounted on the jaw of the subject. Further, the left band 16 and the right band 17 have portions formed so as to surround the ears of the subject with the peripheral band 15.
