When a culture liquid of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae HEH EHWA strain (Accession number: KCCM 12030P) is subjected to autolysis at the temperature of 50 to 90°C for 1 to 7 days to manufacture an autolysis extract, the autolysis extract has excellent antioxidant, anti-inflammation, whitening, skin barrier improvement, and moisturizing effects, thereby being excellent as a cosmetic composition when applied to a cosmetic base as an effective ingredient.본 발명은 사카로마이세스 세레비시에 HEH EHWA 균주 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 자가소화액에 관한 것이다. 본 발명으로부터 제공되는 신규한 사카로마이세스 세레비시에 HEH EHWA(Saccharomyces cerevisiae HEH EHWA) 균주(기탁번호: KCCM 12030P)의 배양액을 50 ~ 90 ℃에서 1 ~ 7 일 동안 자가용해시켜 자가소화액을 제조할 경우, 항산화, 항염, 미백, 피부장벽 개선 및 보습 효과가 우수하기 때문에, 이를 유효 성분으로 화장료 베이스에 적용하였을 때 화장료 조성물로서의 효과가 우수하다.
