PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composition having a collagen production-promoting activity from alcoholic beverage fermented by beer yeast.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the composition having the collagen production-promoting activity from the alcoholic beverage fermented by the beer yeast comprises a first step for removing carbon dioxide gas, a second step for removing alcohol, a third step for removing polysaccharides and proteins, and a fourth step for carrying out the purification by an ion-exchange resin.
