PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device which can efficiently receive and transmit an ultrasonic wave by suppressing deformation of an acoustic lens.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device includes an ultrasonic element array substrate 14 which has a plurality of ultrasonic elements performing at least one of transmission and reception of an ultrasonic wave, an acoustic lens 16 which has a lens part 22 for converging ultrasonic waves, and an acoustic matching part 15 which is arranged between the ultrasonic element array substrate 14 and the acoustic lens 16 and formed of resin firmly fixing the ultrasonic element array substrate 14 and the acoustic lens 16.
