PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic unit having high transmission/reception accuracy of ultrasonic waves, and an ultrasonic device, and a control method for the ultrasonic unit.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic unit comprises: a plurality of ultrasonic wave transmission/reception sections for transmitting ultrasonic waves to a subject and receiving the ultrasonic waves reflected from the subject a first sonic-wave guide section through which ultrasonic waves transmitted/received by a first ultrasonic wave transmission/reception section constituting the plurality of the ultrasonic wave transmission/reception sections penetrate and a second sonic-wave guide section through which ultrasonic waves transmitted/received by a second ultrasonic wave transmission/reception section constituting the plurality of the ultrasonic wave transmission/reception sections penetrate.
