PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device, an ultrasonic module, and an ultrasonic measurement instrument which can achieve both reduction in size, and improvement in detection accuracy on a high-order harmonic.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device 4 includes: a plurality of ultrasonic transmission units 42 for transmitting an ultrasonic wave of a fundamental wave; and a plurality of ultrasonic reception units 43 capable of receiving a secondary harmonic for the fundamental wave. The plurality of ultrasonic transmission units 42 and the plurality of ultrasonic reception units 43 are arranged along an X direction. The plurality of ultrasonic reception units 43 are arranged at a first interval L according to the order of the secondary harmonic, and one transmission channel T is composed of N ultrasonic transmission units 42.
