PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic irradiation device that is adapted to various applications using ultrasonic waves only by changing a container depending on the subject to be irradiated.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic irradiation device 2 includes a container 3 which is detachably attached. The container 3 has an opening opened in one direction and an ultrasonic transmission film 5 for transmitting ultrasonic waves on at least one part of a wall surface, and which holds an ultrasonic wave propagation liquid 16 for propagating the ultrasonic waves, to close the opening.
