The present invention relates to a method for producing a pellet to be used as a soil fertilizer or a livestock fodder by using waste remaining after extracting sugar from sugar cane. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a composition for producing a molasses pellet. The method comprises the steps of: pulverizing and pressing sugar cane at a high temperature, centrifuging the same to extract sugar, and preparing remaining waste (molasses) primarily mixing 30 parts by weight of rice powder, 3.7 parts by weight of elvan, 2.5 parts by weight of bay salt, and 3.8 parts by weight of beeswax made of natural ingredients based on 100 parts by weight of molasses and aging the same at a temperature of 30-40°C for a week aging the additive for a week, dipping the additive in the prepared molasses, and aging the same for 24 hours molding the molasses mixed with the additive and aged for 24 hours into a pellet using a pellet molding device drying the molded pellet for 12-24 hours in a low temperature storage of 18°C or less and packing the dried pellet in a determined size.
