Provided is a method for inducing CD4-CD8+ T cells exhibiting antigen-specific cytotoxic activity, from pluripotent stem cells. The method includes: (1) a step for obtaining a cell culture containing CD4-CD8- T cells and CD4+CD8+ T cells, by inducing differentiation of pluripotent stem cells； (2) a step for removing CD4-CD8- T cells from the cell culture obtained in step (1)； and (3) a step for differentiating CD4+CD8+ T cells in the cell culture obtained in step (2) into CD4-CD8+ T cells.L'invention concerne un procédé d'induction de Lymphocytes T CD4- CD8+ présentant une activité cytotoxique spécifique d'un antigène à partir de cellules souches pluripotentes.
