Provided is a method for inducing T cells for immunotherapy, including: a step (1) in which human pluripotent stem cells having a desired antigen-specific T cell receptor are provided； and a step (2) in which T cells are induced from the pluripotent stem cells from step (1). Human pluripotent stem cells having a desired antigen-specific T cell receptor can be obtained by introducing a desired antigen-specific T cell receptor gene to the pluripotent stem cells.
