An instant coffee product comprising: a component from a dry coffee extract; powdered coffee component, moreover, powdered coffee component, without extracting it, was added to the component from the dry coffee extract after drying this extract. 2. The instant coffee product according to claim 1, wherein the powdered coffee component is added to the component from the dry coffee extract both before drying and after drying of the extract. The instant coffee product according to claim 1, wherein the dry coffee extract component comprises from about 70% to about 90% of the instant coffee product, and the ground coffee component comprises from about 10% to about 30% of the instant coffee product. The instant coffee product of claim 1, wherein the dry coffee extract component comprises from about 70% to about 99.9% of the instant coffee product, and the ground coffee component comprises from about 0.1% to about 30% of the instant coffee product .5. The instant coffee product of claim 1, wherein the powdered coffee component has an average particle size of about 350 microns or less. The instant coffee product of claim 1, wherein the powdered coffee component has a median particle diameter of about 350 microns or less. The instant coffee product according to claim 1, further comprising an additive selected from the group consisting of coffee oils, non-coffee oils, non-coffee aromas and coffee aromas.
