The liquid coffee extract contains from 30 to 60% of solid coffee components, as well as from 1 to 50% of the total weight of solid coffee components of roasted finely-ground coffee. The coffee product calculated per serving for preparing the coffee beverage contains instant coffee and from 1 to 25 wt % of roasted finely-ground coffee by weight of the coffee product, has the weight of 0.3 to 5 g and the density of not more than 0.9 g/cm3.
