PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe aid facilitating removing a lid body from a syringe body.SOLUTION: A syringe aid includes an aid body which is provided with a body housing part opened so as to make a syringe body retractable, a body engagement part engaging the syringe body in an axial direction, and a lid body engagement part engaging the lid body mounted on the tip of the syringe body in the axial direction. Each of the engagement parts is positioned from a body retracting position allowing inserting/removing the syringe body into/from the body housing part to a lid body removing position separated in the axial direction of the syringe body so as to remove the lid body from the syringe body.
