PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe aid in which a cap can reliably be removed even if being a syringe provided with a capped disposable needle, and thereby injection action can be aided safely.SOLUTION: A syringe aid of the present invention includes: a storage unit 2 for storing a syringe set 7 obtained by making one set of a syringe 72, a disposable needle 71, a cap 70； and a tripping mechanism 3 for tripping the cap 70. A gap S is formed between the cap 70 and the disposable needle 71 in the extraction/insertion direction for extracting and inserting the disposable needle 71. The tripping mechanism 3 includes a cap side engagement part 30 for engaging to the cap 70 from the pull-out direction rear of the cap 70, and a needle base side engagement part 31 for engaging to the disposable needle 71 from the pull-out direction front.
