PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture aid and a puncture instrument set that can facilitate a subcutaneous injection by oneself to the skin of an elbow joint extending side part of an elbow.SOLUTION: A puncture aid has: at least three holding parts openably combined with at least another one a biasing part for biasing the at least three holding parts to at least another one in the direction of closing to each other a pair of opening knob parts capable of operating the at least three holding parts to at least another one in the direction of opening to each other and a syringe insertion part formed in a tubular shape opening toward a center position of the at least three holding parts, and allowing a syringe to be inserted thereto.
