PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion aid for an organ fixture, which enables efficient and safe execution of a medical treatment and which can prevent an erroneous puncture.SOLUTION: An insertion aid 1 for an organ fixture includes: a puncture needle 2 a cylinder 3 that is fixed in a rear position of the puncture needle 2 and an extrusion member 4 that can be inserted through the puncture needle 2 and the cylinder 3. Before use, the extrusion member 4 is locked in a position in which an in-body locking part 51 can be housed, in a position ahead of the puncture needle 2. After use, the extrusion member 4 is locked in a position to protrude forward with respect to a needle tip 21 of the puncture needle 2.
