PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter fixture facilitating an operation for fixing a catheter to a medicinal solution injection port and preventing the catheter from twisting, and to provide a medicinal solution injection port with the catheter fixture.SOLUTION: The catheter fixture 20 for fixing the proximal end part of the catheter 12 to the stem 14 of a medicinal solution injection port 11 includes a catheter fixing member 21 and an aid 25. Then, the catheter fixing member 21 is constituted of an annular fixing part body 22 and an anti-kink tube 23, and a narrow diameter part 23c is provided on the side of the fixing part body 22 in the anti-kink tube 23.
