PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector aid allowing fingers holding an injector to be fixed, and the injector.SOLUTION: The injector aid 1 includes: a cylindrical body 2 with openings 3 at both ends and a pair of projections 4 projecting and opposite from each other in the longitudinal direction of the body 2 on the outer surface of the body 2. The body 2 includes a first body 2A and a second body 2B. The first body 2A has a first projection 4A at one end and a projection 5 formed on the inner surface at the other end. The second body 2B is coaxially and slidably attached to the outer surface of the first body 2A, and has a second projection 4B projecting on the outer surface of an end on the opposite side from the first body 2A side. When a prescribed force, larger than frictional force, is applied, both the first and second bodies slide so that the body 2 can be extended/contracted.
