PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument capable of cooling the blood vessels while blocking the nostrils by compressing the wings of the nose, without tiring the arms and fingers.SOLUTION: A nasal hemorrhage hemostatic instrument (X) comprises: a nose wing sandwiching part (10) which closes the nostrils by pressing both the wings of the nose from the right and left and a cold storage body (11) which holds a cold storage body (A) capable of keeping a low temperature state for cooling directly or indirectly a nose wing contact portion of the nose wing sandwiching part (10) during a fixed period.
