PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device (a fingertip cooling and cold insulating system) imposing a local cooling load on fingertips of a patient who undergoes chemotherapy treatment, allowing high-accuracy, easy and long-time cooling and cold insulation using a cold storage agent without needing all conventional electrical cold heat sources, installed in an indirect space relaxing a sharp temperature change, and furthermore allowing free temporary putting-in/out of fingers as the need arises during the treatment.SOLUTION: This fingertip cooling and cold insulating system includes high heat insulation parts isolating an external atmosphere in outer faces of a two-folded case.
