CONSTITUTION: A storage chamber for pre-drying and low temperature storing garlic comprises the following: a warehouse(900) maintaining an airtight and thermal insulating condition； a condensing unit(200) generating cold air； a cooling and heating unit(300) heating the cold air, and inserting the obtained heated air into the warehouse； a ventilation unit attached to the wall of the warehouse for ventilating the inside of the warehouse； a differential pressure generator(100) for circulating air inside the ware house； a detection unit(700) detecting the temperature and the humidity of the inside of the warehouse； a controller for controlling the condensing unit, the cooling and heating unit, and the ventilation unit； and a unit cooler including a unit cooler fan(320) and a heater(310).본 발명은 마늘을 예건 및 저온 저장할 수 있는 저장고에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은, 마늘을 수확한 후에 썩지 않게 미리 건조시키는 예건작업을 수행하고, 예건작업이 종료되면 바로 저온저장고로 전환하여 사용될 수 있는, 마늘 예건 겸용 저온저장고를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 본 발명은, 마늘의 예건 및 저온저장을 위해 외부 공기와 단열 및 기밀을 유지하는 저장고； 냉기를 발생시키는 콘덴싱 유닛； 상기 콘덴싱 유닛에서 생성된 냉기에 의해 냉각된 냉각 공기 또는 상기 냉각 공기를 가열시켜 생성된 가열 공기를 상기 저장고 내부로 유입시키기 위한 유닛쿨러； 상기 저장고의 벽면에 장착되어 상기 저장고 내부의 습도조절을 위해 환기를 시키기 위한 환기부； 상기 저장고의 내부에 장착되어 상기 저장고 내부에 차압을 발생시켜 상기 공기가 상기 저장고 내부에서 순환되도록 하기 위한 차압발생부； 상기 저장고 내부의 온도 또는 습도를 감지하기 위한 감지부； 및 상기 감지부로부터 전송되어온 감지정보에 따라 상기 콘덴싱 유닛, 유닛쿨러, 환기부를 제어하여, 상기 저장고 내부를, 상기 예건을 위한 예건 모드 또는 상기 저온저장을 위한 저온저장 모드로 유지하기 위한 제어부를 포함하며； 상기 차압발생부는 상기 저장고의 바닥면과 일정 간격을 갖도록 설치되며 상단과 하단이 관통된 구멍이 형성되어 있는 타공철판； 및 상기 저장고의 내부 공간을 제1공간과 제2공간으로 분리하기 위해 상기 저장고의 천정과 상기 타공철판 사이에 설치되는 차압발생용 칸막이를 포함하며； 상기 제1공간에는 마늘이 적재되고, 상기 제2공간에는 상기 유닛쿨러가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
