PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature storage that can change the volume of a cold storage chamber in a storage according to the volume of a stored object.SOLUTION: The low temperature storage includes: a cooling unit 6 a storage 3 and a partition plate 14 capable of dividing the storage 3 into the cold storage chamber 3A to which cold air from a cooling unit 6 is introduced and a non-cold storage chamber 3B to which the cold air is not introduced.
