The present invention relates to a power-saving low temperature storage. More specifically, the power-saving low temperatures storage comprises a heat exchange apparatus or an air-conditioning system for storing agricultural and marine products at a low temperature so that the temperature of a low temperature storage chamber (100) can be controlled. More specifically, the purpose of the power-saving low temperature storage is to minimize the use of air-conditioning system during the winter season. The power-saving low temperature storage comprises: a refrigeration chamber (200) formed on an upper side of a ceiling (110) of the low temperature storage chamber (100) and having an outdoor air inlet (210) formed in one side thereof； one or several cooling packs (230) disposed in the refrigeration chamber (200) and able to be frozen by cool air inputted through the outdoor air inlet (210)； and one or several cool air outlets (111) formed on the ceiling (110) and provided to discharge the cool air in the refrigeration chamber (200) to the low temperature storage chamber (100).본 발명은 절전형 저온저장고에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 농수산물을 저온 보관하기 위하여 열교환장치 또는 공기조화시스템이 구비되어 저온저장실(100)의 온도를 제어 가능하게 하는 저온저장고에 있어서, 특히 동절기에 공조기의 사용량을 최소화할 수 있도록 할 목적으로, 상기 저온저장실(100)의 천장(110) 상측에 형성되고 일측에 외기흡입구(210)가 구비된 냉동챔버(200)와, 상기 냉동챔버(200) 내에 구비되고 상기 외기흡입구(210)를 통해 유입된 냉기에 의해 냉각 가능한 하나 또는 다수의 냉각팩(230)과, 상기 천장(110)에 형성되고 상기 냉동챔버(200) 내의 냉기를 상기 저온저장실(100)로 배출 가능한 하나 또는 다수의 냉기배출구(111)를 포함하는 절전형 저온저장고가 제공된다.
