The present invention relates to an adipose cell separator and, more specifically, to an automatic adipose cell separator which disperses an adipose cell by separating and removing an adipose layer from the adipose cell to separate a stem cell hidden between adipose cells in an adipose cell derived stem cell purification process. According to the present invention, an adipose cell of high purity is provided by separating and removing an adipose layer to reduce time for enzyme treatment which is the next step and have an effect of increasing the yield of a stem cell hidden between the adipose cells. Moreover, an effect of reducing work and the time is obtained by automatically separating the adipose layer.본 발명은 지방세포 분리기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 지방세포 유래 줄기세포 정제과정에서 지방세포 사이에 잠복하고 있는 줄기세포를 분리하기 위하여 지방세포로부터 지방막을 분리 및 제거하여 지방세포를 분산시켜 주는 자동 지방세포 분리기에 관한 것이다.상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 지방막을 분리 및 제거하여 순도 높은 지방세포를 제공함으로써, 다음 단계인 효소처리 시간을 단축시킬 수 있고 지방세포 사이에 잠복하고 있는 줄기세포의 획득율을 높여 주는 효과가 있다. 또한, 자동으로 지방막이 분리되므로 노동력과 시간을 절감시키는 효과가 있다.
