An aerosol cosmetic (1) having an aerosol container (2) provided with a foam ejection member (3) and a foaming composition (21), wherein a plurality of narrow, elongated ejection holes (33) are formed around the central part of an ejection surface (31) of the foam ejection member (3); a porous region in which at least three ejection holes (33) exist independently in the radial direction of the ejection surface (31) is formed in the entire area or a part of the ejection surface (31) in the circumferential direction; the foaming composition (21) contains (A) a fatty acid or salt thereof, (B) a paste-form or solid oil (excluding component (A)), (C) water, and (D) propellant; component (A) is contained in an amount of 1.1-15 mass% in terms of fatty acids in all components of the foaming composition, excluding component (D); the neutralization rate of fatty acids by bases is 0.75-1 in terms of fatty acids; and component (B) is contained in an amount of 0.01-0.8 mass% in all components of the foaming composition, excluding component (D).
